Mintage: 1,009. From 1996-1999 the Oom Paul R5's were struck without the CW Mintmark, hence NGC will not add CW to the label. We can confirm that this coin is Proof Like and not Proof Ultra Cameo as NGC has graded it. One can easily see the difference between a normal proof R5 which is Ultra Cameo and an Oom Paul struck R5 which is Proof Like. The Oom Paul R5 is a much weaker strike.
